A L’Olivier & the Gourmet Selection trade show: 10 years of collaboration and gastronomy

For the 10th edition of the Gourmet Selection trade show, A L’Olivier – a loyal exhibitor since the very first year – was at Stand E 027 on the 22 and 23 September 2019.

A L’Olivier has pulled out all the stops again this year, pushing the gastronomic boundaries and offering new products that match new consumer trends.

A L’Olivier proudly presents its range of Dessert Oils, the result of a fruitful collaboration between Keisuke Matsushima, the Japanese chef known for his Mediterranean and Japanese-influenced recipes, and Jérôme Blanvillain, A L’Olivier’s globetrotting oil expert.
A genuine “Pearl of Pâtisserie”, this range is a marriage of exoticism, excellence and originality, helping you to put a fresh twist on and enhance a broad range of sweet treats.

In preparation for the 2019 end of year festivities, A L’Olivier has chosen triple Michelin star chef: Christian Le Squer as its ambassador. For this festive season, Christian has selected some 30 flavours from the brand’s different ranges as he puts a new twist on 8 traditional French festive fine dining recipes. From scallops to smoked salmon and poultry to foie gras, this gastronomic star is making these recipes combining sophistication and originality available to all. He promises to make preparing a gastronomic holiday feast easy.
