Information:
This oil is perfect in marinades for chicken or fish such as monkfish, king prawns, or mackerel topped with garlic. It pairs well with tasty mixed salads with avodado and prawns or fennel and grilled vegetables. It's great for livening up duck breast and wild rice, or fromage frais. Finally, use a few drops in desserts such as fresh fruit salad.

It blends well with vingegars infused with lemon and grapefruit, mango, or raspberry.

Ingredients: 
Extra virgin olive oil (99%) and natural grapefruit extract (1%).
200g of grapefruit pulp is required to flavour one litre of extra virgin olive oil.
