Virgin Walnut Oil - Orange Can 250ml
This oil is made using traditional techniques at our mill in Poitou, France. First, the nuts are slowly stone-ground. The resulting paste is lightly cooked in a pan, before the oil is extracted using a press. The oil offers a strong, toasted flavour profile, supported by the subtle aroma of nut kernels.

This oil works beautifully in breads and walnut cakes. Use it to dress a chicory, lamb's lettuce, roquefort and Parma ham salad, or a lentil salad with pea hulls. It works equally well in dishes with roast guinea fowl and baby turnips.
