His intense green fruity character is ideal in raw vegetables and salad seasoning, marinade of ceviches and carpaccios, finishing on meats, fish and vegetables.

Match perfectly wi fig pulp vinegar, Tomato pulp & Basil vinegar, black balsamic cream, white balsamic cream, sherry vinegar.

Shelf life and preservation : 18 months. To store in a cool place away from sunlight.
