Using the same techniques as our Silver Quality balsamic vinegar from Modena, this vinegar has a similar aromatic profile. Fermented for two years, the vinegar is allowed to develop a tangy, sweet flavour, with strong acidity.

This vinegar works well with chicken and soy sauce, honey duck breast, and pan-fried figs. It can aso be used to make desserts like red fruit doughnuts. Use it in dressings for green, leafy salads.
